When Twitter first launched its “lists” feature it was all the rage. It remains a very useful tool, though often forgotten.
Because curating content and connecting with influencers is so simple on Twitter, most home feeds are seen as fire hoses: difficult to manage in the best of circumstances.
So in 2009, Twitter introduced lists to address the problem. The feature allowed users to segment the tweets of those they follow by whatever categories they choose.
Surprisingly, however, this exceedingly useful tool is often overlooked by users in 2013. Social media consultant, trainer and manager Dorien Morin-van Dam joined us on #ContentChat this week to discuss how Twitter lists can help content marketers.
