Why should planners consider using social media to augment corporate events?
I believe social media can be used to drive attendance, generate leads, expand reach beyond the physical event, enhance thought leadership and create more interactive, engaging and successful live events.
What are some ways you might use social media to augment corporate events?
We provide the resources – the people, expertise, applications and technology that enable our clients to capitalize on all of their event’s social activities.
Our on-site teams are agile, they develop content such as news feeds and tweets that are picked up by press, analysts and bloggers. That content along with videos are produced and socialized in hours not days, maximizing the on-site opportunity.
Swarm teams raise awareness, educate, engage and inform attendees about all social activities including polls, social classes, photo contests, give aways, etc. they instruct attendees on how to open twitter accounts, post to facebook, take pictures and use interactive digital signage.
We create social lounges to bring people together to collaborate, have tweet ups, Town Hall sessions, Ask the Experts, have private parties and pop-up meetings.
Join us on Twitter for this fascinating chat Monday, April 30 at 3 pm est. For easier participation, go to Tweet Chat and type in the #eventtable hashtag.
